1973 State Champion Girls Outdoor Track Team

1973 State Champion Girls Outdoor Track Team gather for a team pic at the SRHS Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in 2019. This was the first State Champion team in any sport in the school’s history! They remain the school’s only girls’ track and field team to win an overall state title. 2004 graduate of Shore

Melissa Lehman a 2004 graduate of Shore was inducted into the Shore Regional HOF class of 2019. An outstanding three sport athlete she earned 11 varsity letters excelling in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. During her career as a Blue Devil she was named to All Division and All Shore teams in all three sports. As a senior she earned All State honors and was named one of the state’s best lacrosse players. Attending the University of Pennsylvania Melissa was named an All American and All Ivy League lacrosse player. She captained her team in the 2008 NCAA National Lacrosse Finals. After graduation from Penn she coached lacrosse at Brown University and U of Penn. Currently Melissa Lehman is the Head Coach of the Women’s lacrosse team at Rutgers University.L to R:

Class of 2019 Bill Dennis

HOF Inductee Class of 2019 Bill Dennis with former SRHS teacher and coach Mr. Gus Stoll. Bill graduated from Shore in 2000. He was one of the most accomplished and record setting swimmers in Shore Regional history. A First Team All Shore performer in all four years of competition, Bill left SRHS as a multiple school record holder. Bill attended Rutgers University where he set a school record, placed in the Big East Championships, and was a Senior National Qualifier competing in the US Open.

SRHS Hall of Fame class of 2019 inductees 1981 football team gather for photo taken at banquet held at Branches this past October. The 1981 team was one of the most exciting and dominating teams in SRHS football history. The team finished with a perfect 11-0 record capturing B North and Group II Championships.
